Currently we're only able to ship to the United States, APO's, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Palau, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Canada & Mexico. Some restrictions apply.
The FOB (origination) point for all goods is Los Angeles, California. Freight charges on all orders are the responsibility of the customer.
By default, we ship via UPS Ground, as it is the most cost-effective option. Please specify in advance if you wish to ship with your preferred carrier along with contact information & business hours.

Please note:
There is no pick-up or delivery service for UPS orders on weekends. All UPS orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. All orders placed after 12pm PST will be processed the following business day.
P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship any items to a P.O. Box. Please provide a street address.
C.O.D.
We do not accept COD orders at this time. Please contact your sales representative for this option.
Accuracy of Address
Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of the package and you will be charged a fee to correct the address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing).
Shipping Disclaimer
Some items may incur an additonal shipping charge due to their size/weight and/or the distance they are being shipped. We will call you with these charges before the order is processed for final approval.
