International orders also will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed

and Hawaii orders will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air.

regarding your shipping costs. We ship all international orders via USPS,
unless customer prefers their own shipping carrier such as UPS. All shipping
costs including duty, customs, taxes, and or brokerage fees are solely the
customer's responsibility and will be paid for by the customer.

estimated time of delivery. Use "Los Angeles" for city and
"90007" for postal code as ORIGIN.

Candy does NOT take any responsibility for packages damaged while in transit.
Any claims on damaged packages should be notified to the carrier.
Candy automatically does a request for signature with FedEx when orders are
$400 and over. If your order is less than the $400 amount, you can request for
a delivery signature for your package. Please note Puzzles is NOT responsible
for any packages which are mishandled, damaged, lost, stolen or missing once it
leaves our facility with a working courier's tracking number ( FedEx/USPS).
